Too much of Caring!!

Why do parents always have to be so protective? Do this do that, do not do this do not do that....the list is endless!!

Just today I had a very bad argument with my mother, the issue was about taking the family vehicle for a trek, she had no problem with me taking the vehicle to the trek, but she did not like the idea of parking it at the foot hill of the fort and staying up the fort only to come back the next day to the vehicle. All this when she does not know what are the conditions there, she does not enquire about the parking facilities there, neither about the village at the foot hills. I dont know what is it that she thinks, it makes me very hard to understand her!!

May be only when I am of her age I will know what it was to think when one is in those shoes! Then possibly I will be the one to not allow my kid to take a vehicle to an unknown place! For the time being I just hope my mother knows that her son wants to break the shakkles, he wants to be left all alone to trudge along the path that he has choosen for himself. He wants to be free to think of himself!!

I just hope..................!!
